Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of the full platform. No credit card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends unless you choose a plan.

How does per-user pricing work?

You pay for each named user who logs in to QTM. Read-only report viewers and automation API users are not counted as seats.

Which AI features are included, and is my data used for training?

All AI features are included in every plan. Your data is never used to train models, and admins can turn AI off for any project.

Can we host QTM ourselves?

Yes. On-premise deployment is available on Professional and Enterprise plans using Docker, Windows or Linux.

What support do we get?

All plans include email support and documentation. Enterprise adds priority support, and the Concierge add-on gives you a dedicated technical account manager.
